Scheduled Maintenance & Support Contracts

At TCI Consulting, Inc. support of our contract and retainer customers always takes precedence.  When you sign on with TCI a relationship will begin to develop as we gain a detailed understanding of your information technology and it's impact on your business. This allows TCI to effectively head off problems before they become a crisis and suggest any enhancements that would benefit your business.  TCI can combine support service plans with Internet access! 

Scheduled maintenance and support contracts offer several benefits including: one hour average telephone response times during business hours, four hour average on-site service when required during business hours, reduced labor rates for contract times and anything outside of support contract, same day emergency virus inoculation no travel fees, loaner equipment and hot swap spares available, reduced rates on after hours emergency support, recurring scheduled site visit by one of our certified consultants.

Anti-Virus Maintenance Support Contract

TCI will set a scheduled time each month for a consultant to visit your site and update the McAfee anti-virus definition files on all of your computers and clean any viruses you might have received.  TCI will also provide a monthly review of any viruses found at your site, virus alerts as we receive them, and priority virus removal should you get infected.   As hundreds of new viruses are discovered each week, this will allow you to help keep your company virus-free.   

Incident Support Contract

TCI offers incident support contracts that allows you to pay for several "incidents" before they happen.  These incidents could include troubleshooting PC and network related issues.

On-Demand Support

You call TCI with an issue and it will be resolved remotely or an on-site visit will be scheduled by one of our consultants to resolve your problem during regular business hours.    After hours emergency support is also available at an additional hourly fee.

Virtual Network Administrator

Let TCI be your virtual MIS department.  Network Administration without the need to have a full time network administrator.  You'll get a guaranteed regular site visit by one of our highly qualified consultants to address any PC & network needs you might have on a regular basis.  The network administration can be scheduled weekly, monthly, or whatever your firm prefers.  Consultants perform routine checks such as disk space, server status, backup status, troubleshoot PC and Network related issues, provide service pack/security update notifications, and answer any staff questions.
